The following conditions apply to all images supplied to the client
The 1998 Copyright, Designs and Patents Act assigns copyright on all images supplied to the client to Derek Barrett Photography. Upon final payment by the Client, a limited license to use the resulting images will be given to the Client under the following conditions:
You may view the images on the CD or DVD and make prints up to 7” x 5” for yourself, friends and family, however we can take no responsibility for the quality of any prints you receive from your printer or processor.
Prints larger than 7” x 5” must be ordered directly from Derek Barrett Photography.
They must not be used for any other purpose, including selling, publishing (including displaying on any web site), any use not itemised on the original contract or claim that the original photographs were taken by anyone other than Derek Barrett without the written approval of Derek Barrett Photography
